Where to choose a villa in Mallorca
In the north of Mallorca is the delightful resort of Puerto Pollensa with its deep, horseshoe-shaped bay and smaller neighbour Cala San Vicente. The Pollensa area is much sought after and many of the villas we list can be found in this area. Also popular with villa owners on Mallorca is the north east, where the smaller resorts of Canyamel and Cala Ratjada provide an alternative to the more concrete attractions of Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Alternatively, you can head inland for your villa holiday; into the cooler, pine clad mountains which form a chain in the west. Villages and small towns like Deia, Orient or the clifftop Banyalbufar are relatively untouched by holiday development. Finally, if you prefer days on the beach and evenings in a lively resort, a villa holiday in the Cala d'Or area in the south could be your best bet. But almost anywhere in Mallorca you can be sure of wonderful beaches, clean, inviting sea, plenty of choice in restaurants and entertainment, and a good selection of apartments and villas for rent.

Accommodation is on two floors, downstairs is unusual with a canopied courtyard separating the kitchen from the main house. Location The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. You can reach Son Servera within 2km and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Take a walk on the tipical market on Friday morning. At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches. The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses. This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa. Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner. A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms have a mezzanine area with a single bed. Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals.
