Where to choose a villa in Mallorca
In the north of Mallorca is the delightful resort of Puerto Pollensa with its deep, horseshoe-shaped bay and smaller neighbour Cala San Vicente. The Pollensa area is much sought after and many of the villas we list can be found in this area. Also popular with villa owners on Mallorca is the north east, where the smaller resorts of Canyamel and Cala Ratjada provide an alternative to the more concrete attractions of Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Alternatively, you can head inland for your villa holiday; into the cooler, pine clad mountains which form a chain in the west. Villages and small towns like Deia, Orient or the clifftop Banyalbufar are relatively untouched by holiday development. Finally, if you prefer days on the beach and evenings in a lively resort, a villa holiday in the Cala d'Or area in the south could be your best bet. But almost anywhere in Mallorca you can be sure of wonderful beaches, clean, inviting sea, plenty of choice in restaurants and entertainment, and a good selection of apartments and villas for rent.

These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool. The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned. The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops. There is roman style swimming pool is a great bonus, it is surrounded by sun terrace and it has plenty of sun lounges around it. Each apartment has its own parking space at the back of the complex although cars can be also easily parked along the street. These are great apartments for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the bars, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes walk from the complex. The sea is just a two minutes walk away too. This is a smart family villa situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Built in two levels with lots of light and airy spaces. The bedrooms are large, cool and bright with white walls, spotlights and neutral furniture. Through the entrance hall there is a comfortable lounge diner with sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is very spacious with lots of storage and work space, it is equipped with electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. From the kitchen there is access to a very spacious twin bedroom and a laundry area where the washing machine is located. Double doors from the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the deep and shady covered terrace which looks out over the swimming pool and the field. There is another bedroom on this level which consists of a double room with air conditioning and a separate shower room. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upper level of the house, they comprise of two double bedrooms with air conditioning. One of these rooms has an en suite shower room. The last bedroom has two single beds and shares a full bathroom. The bathrooms are beautiful with nice fittings in neutral colours. There`s lots of well-designed outside space at the villa too with a roman style pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also plenty of parking space for several cars and the villa has lovely views over the fields and the mountains. This villa is a really welcoming and stylish brand new house with lots of relaxing spaces for a family holiday. This is a lovely traditional manor house situated right in the centre of Pollensa old town just at 2 minute´s walk from the main square. The villa enjoys a large swimming pool and garden plus the bonus of a great barbecue area for those who enjoy dinner al fresco. From a large entrance hall, the ground floor consists of a living room with satellite TV and CD player with doors that open onto an external patio and to the garden. Next to this there is a kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hotplate. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a central sitting room and a drawing room with piano. Set off a quiet country lane in the heart of Pollenca´s beautiful countryside, this very attractive stone clad villa is ideal for tennis enthusiasts to enjoy the benefit of your own private tennis court. All the very comfortably furnished accommodation is on one floor, with cooling terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings, many interesting artefacts and offers. A covered porch leads to the main entrance. On entering a large living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable sofas, feature fireplace and French doors opening to the garden terrace are welcoming us. There is also a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/infra-red hob and walk-in pantry. The bedroom area comprises of one double and two twins sharing two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and fitted wardrobes.
