Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland. A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa. Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, it is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax. There is a reception lounge area which gives access to the type 1 and 2 apartments, and to the sunbathing area plus the annex where we find the type 3 apartments. The main features of each type of apartment are as follows: ? Type 1 apartments have a twin bedroom, but with capacity for 4 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. There are 8 type 1 apartments, all placed in the main building. These apartments are nº 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12. ? Type 2 apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, but with capacity for 5 people, since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge are. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11. ? Type 3 apartments have two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16. All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children. These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool. The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned. The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops. There is roman style swimming pool is a great bonus, it is surrounded by sun terrace and it has plenty of sun lounges around it. Each apartment has its own parking space at the back of the complex although cars can be also easily parked along the street. These are great apartments for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the bars, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes walk from the complex. The sea is just a two minutes walk away too. This is a lovely traditional manor house situated right in the centre of Pollensa old town just at 2 minute´s walk from the main square. The villa enjoys a large swimming pool and garden plus the bonus of a great barbecue area for those who enjoy dinner al fresco.
