This is a lovely traditional manor house situated right in the centre of Pollensa old town just at 2 minute´s walk from the main square. The villa enjoys a large swimming pool and garden plus the bonus of a great barbecue area for those who enjoy dinner al fresco. From a large entrance hall, the ground floor consists of a living room with satellite TV and CD player with doors that open onto an external patio and to the garden. This is a smart family villa situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Built in two levels with lots of light and airy spaces.
